• Search for candidates according to the characteristics specified by the customer
• Conducting a full-fledged interview with candidates in order to study their psychological and personal characteristics
• Studying the previous work experience of the candidate and their specialization
• Working with the candidate's recommendations and verifying the authenticity of the documents provided (CVs, diplomas, certificates, medical certificates, passports)
• Advising the employer on possible methods of adaptation of the candidate and his professional development in order to increase labor efficiency

The cost of the service is 8-10% of the candidate's annual salary.
